Winning always takes teamwork, but on Wednesday Caleb Crawford stepped things up a notch to give Miller School of Albemarle the 'W'. Crawford wasn't messing around, tossing six innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. The pitching appearance was his third straight with two or fewer hits.

Coming up, Crawford and Miller School of Albemarle will square off against Collegiate at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday. The Mavericks are a perfect 3-0 against the Cougars going back to May of 2021, a lead they'll look to extend.
