Madison's Rush Milne rumbled for the longest rushing play in Big Eight this season in his game against Pipestone last week. Milne scampered for 63 yards on the play and finished with 82 on the day as his team bested the Arrows.
Madison extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Pipestone, 9-6. This was the team's fourth consecutive win.
Thanks to the talents of Jacob Giles and Milne the Bulldogs have been able to do all sorts of things on offense. Giles leads the league in passing with 874 yards, while Milne has rushed for 728 yards this season. Vermillion's Tanner Anderson leads the league in receiving yards with 300 on 24 catches.
Madison and Richard Schroyer's team played the most hotly contested game in the league this week, with Madison eventually emerging with a 9-6 victory. Milne in the win.
