Tolman had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Blackstone Valley Prep PRIDE with a sharp 12-2 win. Considering the Tigers have won ten matchups by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Tolman's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-5. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.2 runs on average over those games. As for Blackstone Valley Prep, the defeat snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 12-9 record.
