He has become a key player for Weston Ranch: the team is 6-1 when he posts  at  least  two  runs, but 5-10 otherwise.  Chavez is  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 2-22. As for Weston Ranch,  the  win  got them back to even at 11-11.
