Western New York Maritime Charter's loss came about despite a quality game from Jamanye Corbett, who scored 22 points. Another player making a difference was Jaylen Davis, who scored nine points.
Meanwhile, Olmsted pushed their score all the way to 64 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 73-64 hit to the loss column at the hands of The Park School of Buffalo.
Western New York Maritime Charter bumped their record down to 0-5 with that loss, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Olmsted, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
