Schlagle never let their opponents score on Friday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 44-0 victory over the Wyandotte Bulldogs. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Stallions considering their eight-point performance the matchup before.
Josiah Evans gave his former team something to remember he by as he threw for 118 yards and two touchdowns on only ten passes, and also rushed for 91 yards for Schlagle. Evans' longest rush was for an incredible 78 yards.
Schlagle didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off six passes before the game was over. Micah Taylor led the group effort, picking up two of those interceptions all by himself. Schlagle received some extra help from Kahlee Massey, whose fumble return for a touchdown made for one of the most unforgettable moments.
The win got Schlagle back to even at 1-1. As for Wyandotte, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
