Seaside has enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will square off against the Rancho San Juan Trailblazers at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Seaside will be strutting in after a victory while Rancho San Juan will be coming in after a defeat.
On Thursday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Seaside beat Carmel 39-34. That's two games straight that Seaside has won by exactly five points.
Meanwhile, Rancho San Juan came up short against Monte Vista Christian on Tuesday and fell 42-30. Rancho San Juan has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Seaside's win bumped their record up to 3-7. As for Rancho San Juan, their loss dropped their record down to 8-8.
Seaside beat Rancho San Juan 41-34 in their previous matchup back in December of 2021. The rematch might be a little tougher for Seaside since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
