The Jefferson Grizzlies will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against the Westmoor Rams at 6:00 p.m. Jefferson is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak.
Last Friday, Jefferson came up short against the Colts and fell 46-38. Jefferson has struggled against the Colts recently, as their contest on Friday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Grace Wang, who scored three points along with nine rebounds and four steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 12 games she's played. Jerzey Gallegos was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Meanwhile, Westmoor was able to grind out a solid win over the Mustangs on Friday, taking the game 48-40. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Westmoor.
Jefferson has not been sharp recently as the team's lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-12 record this season. As for Westmoor, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.
Jefferson strolled past the Rams in their previous matchup back in January by a score of 46-32. Will Jefferson repeat their success, or do the Rams have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
