The Wasco Tigers were the 47-21 winner over the Highland Scots when they last played one another back in November of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Wasco fell to Highland 27-21. Wasco has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Several Tigers players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jaelyn Juarez, who scored 5 points along with 5 rebounds.
Wasco's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Highland, their victory bumped their record up to 2-4.
Wasco is on the road again on Thursday and play against Central Valley Christian at 6:30 p.m. on December 7th. As for Highland, they will square off against Arvin at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Arvin presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Highland in California (Arvin is ranked 337th, while Highland is ranked 1080th).
