Fillmore's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Santa Paula, their victory bumped their record up to 5-7.
Fillmore took a serious blow against Santa Paula when the teams last played back in January, falling 53-1. That game was all but decided by halftime, at which point Fillmore was down 25-1.
