The Enochs Eagles posted their biggest win yet this season on Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 36-10 margin over Modesto. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 20-0.
Among those leading the charge was Natalie Quinones, who scored ten points along with eight rebounds and five steals. She has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last four times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Gurleen Gill, who scored eight points along with six rebounds and two blocks.
Enochs' win ended a seven-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-11. As for Modesto, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-11.
Enochs will head out on the road to take on Gregori at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Gregori will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak. As for Modesto, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Downey at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Downey is coming into the matchup on a six-game losing streak.
