The South Philadelphia Rams scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Monday. They took down KIPP DuBois Collegiate Academy 34-18.
South Philadelphia was led to victory by Halimah Blackwell and India Brooks. Blackwell scored 13 points, while Brooks scored 13 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Blackwell has scored at least 25% of South Philadelphia's points.
The victory got South Philadelphia back to even at 2-2. As for KIPP DuBois Collegiate Academy, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing String Theory the next time they take the court. South Philadelphia will head out to face String Theory at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday, while KIPP DuBois Collegiate Academy will host them at 3:15 p.m. on January 22nd.
