While losing is never fun, Trinity Christian can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 1009th, while Prestonwood Christian is ranked 90th).
Londyn Oliphant continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Prestonwood Christian, dropping a double-double on 23 points and ten rebounds. Oliphant has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last four times she's played. Kennedy Price was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with two steals.
Trinity Christian bumped their record down to 3-14 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Prestonwood Christian, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 22-3 record this season.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Trinity Christian will take on Nolan Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Prestonwood Christian, they will head out on the road to take on Parish Episcopal at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
