Using our database of historical results, we are looking back at the most successful high school basketball programs in the state of Virginia over the past decade.

Paul VI captured four state championships, appeared in the state title game on two other occasions and was ranked in the state Top 25 each of the past ten seasons. The Panthers were also ranked nationally three times, according to MaxPreps computer rankings.

Oak Hill Academy was ranked No. 1 or No. 2 in the state each of the past 10 seasons, while appearing in MaxPreps national computer rankings four times.
