West Elk had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They had to suffer through a 60-12 loss at the hands of the Argonia/Attica Titans. Carson Vineyard was a one-man wrecking crew For Argonia/Attica. as he rushed for 210 yards and five scores while picking up 10.5 yards per carry. Those five rushing touchdowns gave Vineyard a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Maddex Hemberger, who rushed for 59 yards and a pair of TDs.
