Lyons extended their winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Caleb Christiansen. The Lyons Lions came within four points of losing the streak, but they secured a 55-51 W against the Clear Creek Golddiggers thanks to Christiansen, who went 6-for-13 en route to 18 points along with seven rebounds and six steals. He has become a key player for Lyons: the team is 9-1 when he posts at least five steals, but 4-5 otherwise.

The team also got some help courtesy of Jake LaCrosse, who posted four points and ten boards. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in rebounds.

Despite the loss, Clear Creek still got an impressive performance from Zephyrus Schuessler, who went 10-for-23 on his way to 30 points in addition to seven steals and six boards. Another player making a difference was Donovan Duke, who put up 16 points.

Lyons' win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-6. As for Clear Creek, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost ten of their last 12 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-15 record this season.

As of now, neither Lyons nor Clear Creek have any future games scheduled.
