Mora had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They took their game against Grand Rapids on Friday 24-14. That result is just more of the same for Mora, who also won the last time these teams played. This was the first game for both teams, giving Mora a 1-0 record and starting Grand Rapids off at 0-1.
Next week, Mora take on Warroad at 6:00 PM. Grand Rapids are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Hibbing next week at 7:00 PM.
