Basketball Recap: Antelope Skates Past Cordova with Ease

On Monday, the Antelope Titans blew past the Cordova Lancers, posting a 65-15 victory. The Titans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matches by 32 points or more this season.

Antelope can attribute much of their success to Izabella Siegler, who posted 14 points. Those 14 points gave Siegler a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Semiyah Brown, who put up ten points.

Antelope has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.0 points per game. As for Cordova, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost 13 of their last 14 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-17 record this season.

Coincidentally, Antelope and Cordova will both be playing Grant the next time they take the court. Antelope will head out to face Grant at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while Cordova will host them at 7:00 p.m. on January 21st.
