The team relied heavily on Evan Talton, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 3-for-5. That stolen base was his first of the season. Bryson Harrell was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
Mount de Sales Academy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .535. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Tattnall Square Academy's record now sits at 11-2. As for Mount de Sales Academy, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.
