After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lutheran, Mesa Ridge was happy to have turned things around on Friday. Kailynn Fielder made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over six innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in seven consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with three RBI, two doubles, and one run. That's the most doubles she has posted since back in September.
