The Carson Colts will take on the Mary Star of the Sea Stars in a holiday battle at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday at. Both teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Carson and five for Mary Star of the Sea.

While losing is never fun, Mary Star of the Sea can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 1153rd, while Bravo is ranked 543rd).
