Peach County's found some homefield redemption this week after a  overtime loss to Crawford County on Wednesday. Everything went the Trojans' way against the Manchester Blue Devils as they made off with  a  12-0 win. The Trojans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 16 contests by eight  runs or more this season.
The team  relied heavily on  Shaniyah Gibson, who  went 1-for-2 with one  home run, two  stolen bases,  and three  RBI. Another player making a difference was  Taleyah Marable, who  went 2-for-3 with two  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  double.
 Peach County was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .526. The last time their  batting average was this high was  back in August.
Peach County's record now sits at 17-12. As for Manchester, their loss dropped their record down to 4-20.
 Looking ahead, Peach County will face off against Northside at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The Patriots' pitching crew has only allowed 3.6  runs per game  this season, so the Trojans' hitters will have their work cut out for them. Manchester does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
