They never let the Templeton Eagles onto the board and left with  a   4-0  victory  on Friday. Considering the Royals' offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.
They hit Templeton with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from  Sarah Connors (2),  Addie Blake,  and  Katelyn Eckler.
Mission College Prep's win bumped their record up to 7-9-1. As for Templeton, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-7-3.
 Mission College Prep will challenge Morro Bay at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Templeton, they will look to defend their home pitch  on Tuesday against Nipomo  at 5:00  p.m. Templeton is facing Nipomo at the right time seeing as Nipomo is stuck on  a  nine-game losing streak.
