She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 11 games she's played. Another player making a difference was Jahdai Dwyer, who scored five points along with six rebounds.
San Jacinto's lineup was just a bit different on Saturday as Dwyer got a bit more time on the court (25 vs. her season average of 12.88). Dwyer made the most of the opportunity, scoring five points along with six rebounds. A few more games like that and she might be seeing even more time going forward.
San Jacinto has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 17 games, which provided a massive bump to their 22-8 record this season. As for Whittier, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-18.
