Baseball Recap: MAST Community Charter Comes Up Short

After flying high against Church Farm on Thursday, MAST Community Charter came back down to earth. The Panthers fell just short of the Franklin Towne Warriors by a score of 8-7 on Monday. The loss continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Warriors: they've now lost three in a row.

Mason Haldeman put in work while hitting and pitching. He tossed 3.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in two of his four plate appearances with one run and one RBI.
