The Ripon Indians will face off against the Ripon Christian Knights at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Ripon is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.7 runs per game this season.
Ripon's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They blew past Sonora 11-0. The Indians have beaten the Wildcats the last five times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Wildcats has come to flipping the script.

The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Wednesday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Ripon has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 9.1 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Ripon Christian struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 7.3 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
Ripon suffered a grim 10-0 defeat to Ripon Christian in their previous meeting back in April of 2025. Can the Indians avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
