Mt. Zion lost against Trion back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Eagles came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 15-4. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last three times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Mt. Zion has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-14 record this season. As for Trion, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-7.

Coming up, Mt. Zion will welcome Manchester at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Eagles are facing the Blue Devils at the right time seeing as the Blue Devils are stuck on a 13-game losing streak. As for Trion, they are taking a road trip to take on Bowdon at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
