The E EF Academy will be playing at home against the Mesrobian Bulldogs at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. E comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 25 points in their last ten games, a trend the team is of course eager to reverse.
E suffered their biggest defeat since November 17, 2023 on Wednesday. They suffered a tough 35-10 loss at the hands of NOVA Academy. E was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 26-1.
Meanwhile, Mesrobian can now show off ten landslide victories after their most recent match on Thursday. They blew past Sequoyah School, posting a 49-9 victory at home. The win was just what Mesrobian needed coming off of a 56-29 loss in their prior game.
E's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Mesrobian, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a massive bump to their 11-6 record this season.
E took a serious blow against Mesrobian in their previous meeting back in November of 2023, falling 57-13. Can E avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
