Arcadia is on a five-game streak of home wins, while Orange Lutheran is on a five-game streak of away wins (dating back to last season): one of those streaks is about to end. Arcadia will host Orange Lutheran at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Arcadia 1.9, Orange Lutheran 2.1) so any runs scored will be well earned.
Arcadia is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They were the clear victors by a 31-1 margin over Hoover on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Apaches, who have now won six matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Peniche wasn't the only one working in the hit department: Arcadia kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 25 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least 13 hits in three consecutive games.
Meanwhile, Orange Lutheran is ranked highly in their home state and on Thursday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of Basic. Orange Lutheran walked away with a 6-1 win over Basic.

At the plate, Hamilton Friedberg was a standout: he scored a run while going 1-for-3. He also put up a double, which was his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Brady Murrietta, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.
Orange Lutheran's victory bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Arcadia, their win bumped their record up to 13-0.
Tuesday's contest will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Arcadia hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .381. However, it's not like Orange Lutheran struggles in that department as they've averaged .316. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
