Edward Chumley Crosses Big Stat Threshold
On Friday, Anna got the W thanks in part to Edward Chumley playing the best football he has all season. Chumley rushed for 205 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 7.9 yards per carry. Denison's six-game losing streak dating back to last season is now nothing but a memory thanks in part to Jaylen Butler. Butler did his part (and then some), rushing for 107 yards and two touchdowns on only ten carries for the 'W'.
Denison's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-5. Butler and Denison will venture away from home to square off against Liberty at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
