The Vintage Crushers will take on the Ukiah Wildcats at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Vintage took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They walked away with a 7-3 win over Petaluma. The victory was some much needed relief for the Crushers as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Wyatt Rohrs looked comfortable as he tossed four innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off two hits. Vintage is undefeated when Rohrs allows two or fewer hits, but 3-7 otherwise.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Parker Dahl, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Abe Shweiky, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.
Meanwhile, Ukiah got the win against Maria Carrillo on Thursday by a conclusive 12-2. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by six runs or more this season.
Cael Phenicie looked comfortable as he pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Davon Dockins and George Gibbs did most of the damage at the plate: Dockins went a perfect 2-for-2 with four RBI and one run, while Gibbs went a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs and one RBI. That's the most runs Gibbs has posted since back in March. Conner Cleary was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.
Vintage's win bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Ukiah, their victory bumped their record up to 9-4.
