Immanuel won the last time they faced Madera South and things went their way on Monday too. The Eagles blew past the Stallions 10-3. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won six matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Zabe Gonzalez and Julian Ornelas did most of the damage at the plate: Gonzalez scored a run while going 2-for-4, while Ornelas scored two runs while going 2-for-3. Gonzalez is also on a roll when it comes to RBI, as he's now brought in three or more in each of the last three games he's played. Owen Boys was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one triple and one RBI.

Immanuel pushed their record up to 12-5 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Madera South, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-13.

Looking ahead, Immanuel will be taking part in a tournament against Sanger West at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Madera South, they will take on Dos Palos at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
