The Dana Hills Dolphins can now show off 13 landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Thursday. They breezed by El Toro on the road to the tune of 62-30. The win was familiar territory for Dana Hills who now have four in a row.
Lola Bellon was her usual excellent self, scoring 15 points along with seven assists and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Ally Fausett, who scored eight points along with ten rebounds and two blocks.
Dana Hills is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 games, which provided a nice bump to their 19-3 record this season. As for El Toro, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-8.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dana Hills will take on Mission Viejo at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Mission Viejo will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps California Rankings (they are ranked 954th, while Dana Hills is ranked 110th). As for El Toro, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Capistrano Valley at 7:00 p.m. on January 23rd. Capistrano Valley comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 22 points in their last three games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse.
