Several Pirates players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Cameron Roedl, who scored 11 points along with five assists and two steals. Blake Mcmechan was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with six rebounds.
Cumberland has been struggling recently, as they've lost ten of their last 12 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-15 record this season. As for Cerro Gordo/Bement, their win bumped their record up to 7-12.
