Novato hasn't had much luck against Marin Catholic recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Hornets will be playing in front of their home fans against the Wildcats at 4:30 p.m. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Novato 3.6, Marin Catholic 3.6) so any runs scored will be well earned.
Marin Catholic will be up against a hot Novato squad: the team just extended their winning streak to three. The Hornets came out on top in a nail-biter against Pinole Valley on Saturday, sneaking past 5-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Hornets have posted since May 14, 2024.

Meanwhile, Marin Catholic scored first but ultimately less than Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory in their game on Saturday. They fell just short of the Fightin' Irish by a score of 4-3. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
