Deer Creek posted their closest win since October 9, 2024 on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Moore Lions 9-8. This was a revenge game for the Antlers: when they faced off against the Lions back in August, they had to take a 8-7 defeat.

Deer Creek's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-10. As for Moore, their loss dropped their record down to 13-4.

Deer Creek has already played their next contest, a 6-2 defeat against Ponca City on the 18th. As for Moore, they will take on Edmond Santa Fe at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
