Quartz Hill came tearing into Monday's match with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.3 goals) and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victor by a 4-0 margin over the Antelope Valley Antelopes. The Royals might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 contests by three goals or more this season.

They hit Antelope Valley with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Alexia Lear (2), Saydee Martinez, and Rylee Rutledge.

Quartz Hill has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-2-1 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up four goals over those nine matchups. As for Antelope Valley, they now have a losing record at 7-8-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Quartz Hill will take on Littlerock at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Quartz Hill knows how to get goals on the board -- the team has finished with four goals or more in their past seven contests -- so hopefully Littlerock likes a good challenge. As for Antelope Valley, they will challenge Lancaster at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Antelope Valley's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
