The Vintage Crushers will square off against the American Canyon Wolves at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Vintage took a loss when they played away from home on Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They secured a 37-32 W over Napa.

Vintage can attribute much of their success to Elinor Travers, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds. The dominant performance also gave Travers a new career-high in steals (five). Another player making a difference was Luna Aguilar Loera, who posted six points and seven steals.
Vintage smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive boards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Napa only pulled down five offensive rebounds.
Meanwhile, American Canyon entered their tilt with Petaluma on Tuesday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They blew past the Trojans 73-25. With the Wolves ahead 41-12 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
Vintage better keep an eye on Jordan Woodson. She was instrumental in American Canyon's win, almost dropping a double-double on 13 points and nine boards. Woodson is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last four games she's played. Deja Montgomery was another key player, putting up nine points in addition to six rebounds and five steals.
American Canyon's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-5. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.0 points per game. As for Vintage, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-10 record this season.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Vintage has been crashing the boards this season, having averaged 29.9 rebounds per game. However, it's not like American Canyon struggles in that department as they've been averaging 28.1 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
Vintage suffered a grim 55-34 defeat to American Canyon in their previous matchup back in February of 2024. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Woodson, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 14 rebounds. Now that Vintage knows the damage she can cause, will they be able to stop her this time? There's only one way to find out.
