He is on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as he's  now  stolen  at least one in the last three games he's  played.  Ethan Tibert was another key contributor,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances.
 Meanwhile, Whittier Christian didn't have quite enough to beat Garfield on Thursday and fell  3-1.
 Village Christian is  on a roll lately: they've  won three of their last four matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 8-3-1 record  this season. As for Whittier Christian, their defeat  ended  a  four-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 4-7.
