Pine Creek and Fountain-Fort Carson are an even 5-5 against one another since September of 2020, but likely not for long. The Eagles will head out on the road to take on the Trojans at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Pine Creek has four straight wins, Fountain-Fort Carson has three straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
The home team had come away the winner the last five times Pine Creek and Liberty had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Eagles were the clear victors by an 11-0 margin over the Lancers on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won 12 contests by seven runs or more so far this season.
