Adding to the longest winning streak in Top of the State (9 Man) this week, Kittson Central beat Clearbrook-Gonvick 33-8. The victory was the sixth in a row for the team.
Northern Freeze co-op [Marshall County Central/Tri-County] was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from eighth to sixth in the league. The Nordics vanquished Sacred Heart 12-7 earlier in the week.
Goodridge/Grygla's offense cannot be tamed this season and the Chargers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Hunter McMillin has thrown for 500 yards and 7 touchdowns this season, while Tra Alderete has 15 catches for 257 yards.
The most important game in the league this week will be the match up between Kittson Central and Stephen-Argyle Central. Terry Ogorek's team enters the contest ranked 13th in the state, while the Storm ranks 24th.
The Wolfpack took down the Bears 33-8 last week, the largest margin of any game.
