The Butte Valley Bulldogs can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Surprise Valley as Butte Valley made off with a 52-32 victory. The win was familiar territory for Butte Valley who now have four in a row.
It was another big night for Emely Ceniceros, who scored 18 points along with seven steals and five rebounds. Ceniceros is crushing the steal category: she's posted at least three every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Morgan Anderson, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 14 rebounds.
Butte Valley has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season. As for Surprise Valley, they now have a losing record at 7-8.
Butte Valley is on the road again on Monday and plays the Indians at 5:00 p.m. on February 5th. As for Surprise Valley, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against the Tigers at 5:00 p.m. on January 31st. The pair have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses apiece.
