Crenshaw came out on top against Jordan on Wednesday thanks in part to the team's impressive six-run sixth inning. The Cougars walked away with an 8-4 victory over the Bulldogs. The win was familiar territory for the Cougars, who have now won five contests in a row.
Ethan Diston was excellent, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases and two runs. He has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last eight times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Giancarlos Ramos, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI and one double.
Crenshaw's record is now 5-1. As for Jordan, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season.
