Arnold waltzed into their match on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They managed a 51-47 victory over the Rutherford Rams. Given the Marlins' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 234th, while the Rams are ranked 471st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Chris Noble continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 13 points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Luke Romack, who posted 11 points.

Arnold smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive rebounds in seven consecutive contests.

Arnold pushed their record up to 6-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Rutherford, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.

Arnold didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 73-33 defeat against Mosley on the 13th. As for Rutherford, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 68-45 loss against South Walton on the 13th.
