Jackson is 0-10 against Pike County since March of 2017 but things could change on Tuesday. The Jackson Red Devils will be playing in front of their home fans against the Pike County Pirates at 7:30 p.m. Jackson is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3 goals per game this season.

Jackson is likely headed into the contest with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against Callaway on Tuesday. Jackson fell just short of Callaway by a score of 2-1. That's two games in a row now that the Red Devils have lost by just one goal.

Their goal came courtesy of Ian Rowland, who's now up to two this season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Pike County). Everything went their way against Westside on Friday as Pike County made off with an 11-1 win. The victory continues a trend for the Pirates in their matchups with the Seminoles: they've now won five in a row.

Pike County now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Jackson, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Jackson might still be hurting after the 5-0 loss they got from Pike County in their previous matchup back in March of 2024. Can Jackson avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
