Holy Redeemer came out on top against Williamsport by a score of 62-55 on Wednesday. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Holy Redeemer to victory, but perhaps none more so than Megan Albrecht, who scored 24 points along with 5 rebounds and 5 steals. Bella Boylan was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with 6 steals and 5 rebounds.
Holy Redeemer's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Williamsport, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Holy Redeemer's road trip will continue as they head out to face Abington Heights at 7:00 p.m. on December 8th. As for Williamsport, they will challenge Scranton at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
