After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mesabi East, The Aitkin Gobblers were happy to have found some success on Tuesday. They managed a 22-18 victory over Crosby-Ironton. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Aitkin also won the last time the pair played on October 6th.
Aitkin's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Crosby-Ironton, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4.
Aitkin will head out on the road to face off against Barnum at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Barnum will be looking to keep their nine-game home win streak alive. Crosby-Ironton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
