Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Norristown). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Dock Mennonite Pioneers 59-19. With the Eagles ahead 32-11 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

Among those leading the charge was Adrianna Golston-Witter, who posted 20 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Alana Colson, who put up ten points.

Norristown's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-5. As for Dock Mennonite, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Norristown will head out to square off against Upper Perkiomen at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The Eagles are facing the Indians at the right time seeing as the Indians are stuck on a three-game losing streak. Dock Mennonite will take on Calvary Christian Academy in a holiday battle at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
