Winfield's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ashlee Johnson, who scored eight points along with eight rebounds and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Brooklyn Cole, who scored seven points along with ten rebounds and three blocks.
Despite the defeat, Mingo Central had strong showings from Dalaney Grimmett, who scored 13 points along with seven rebounds and four steals, and Addie Smith, who scored ten points along with five assists. Smith scored a full 33.3% of Mingo Central's points, the eighth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
