The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in strikeouts. He was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-3.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Brandt Washington, who scored three runs and stole Two bases. while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April of 2024. Josh McDaniel was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing Two bases. while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances.
